Performance Art STEM Mendel Members: Boncalon, Dylan  Dela Cruz, Aldean  Gargantiel, Divine  Gilig, Kent  Malawi, Andrea  Pontino, Ritch  Sitoy, Sean For our contemporary arts in Science and Technology Education Center (STEC), we were tasked to present a performance art through a song assigned to us. Different strands and sections were also assigned different songs to interpret and analyze. ABM Maxwell had Thunder by Imagine Dragons, STEM Mendeleev had Shake It Off by Florence + The Machine, and STEM Mendel were assigned Dog Days Are Over by Florence + The Machine. JINGLE (Medium and Techniques) Members: Boncalon, Dylan  Dela Cruz, Aldean  Gargantiel, Divine  Gilig, Kent  Malawi, Andrea  Pontino, Ritch  Sitoy, Sean Here's STEM-Mendel - Group 2's jingle explaining the difference between medium and techniques using the catchy melody from Karencitta's hit song, "Cebuana." Lyrics: Yo! Grab your brushes and paint your canvas I wanna get with you and tell you just one thing You! Know the difference between a medium And the techniques you could use in your artworks No one can do it better than that Listen to me, baby, and I'll tell you just that Come on, come on baby let me sit you right back Wanna know the difference between techniques and media? A medium is something like this And other things than your trusted canvases They are means you could use to express ideas that impress Come on, let's get this on! [Chorus] You really need your own techniques Create artwork that

Interpretations of the Poem Members: Boncalon, Dylan  Dela Cruz, Aldean  Gargantiel, Divine  Gilig, Kent  Malawi, Andrea  Pontino, Ritch  Sitoy, Sean Students from STEM 11-Mendel were tasked to present their interpretations on a poem given to them. However, they are to show it through different mediums of their choice. It can be through paintings, drawings, performance arts, dancing, installation arts, etc. Here are the artworks of the students from the class' Group 2.     Artwork by: Dylan Boncalon With: Hanna Tiu The poem practically conveys the message of leaving things as it is and seeing the beauty in them. Sometimes, we don't really need to be in control over everything especially when we're in a state of pain and grief. Let things heal and time be a friend as your strength allows you to mend. Time doesn't heal wounds. It's just that time is needed for wounds to heal on its own. "KNO
